WHO FOUNDED UPLIFTIN6 AND WHY?

Upliftin6 is founded by Christopher Robertson, an experienced entrepreneur, consultant, and business strategist. After founding and scaling his own training company, he moved on to work with micro enterprises and SMEs in a consulting capacity and as a fractional Head of Strategy to help them achieve their goals. 

With proven frameworks and facilitation at its core, Upliftin6 is designed to empower teams to create a commercial & cultural impact.

Dear Founders, 

After founding a company at 28 years of age,
10 years later, the decision was made to closed it. 

Over those years, the company did amazing things:'

- Signed six figure contracts. 
- Set up national partnerships. 
- Self-funded social impact projects to support vulnerable people over COVID-19 lockdowns. 
- Grew a team of expert trainers to deliver a variety of life-enhancing products. 

But it wasn’t sustainable. 

- From making 50 decisions a day, 
- From feeling responsible for team members, 
- From following up on payment schedules, 
- From driving sales and business growth, 
- From reporting to partners.  

Everything was flowing back to me constantly... it was my responsibility.

Something had to change. 
To move from being reactive, to strategically proactive. 

So, I consulted. 
Working with asset managers, legal experts and entrepreneurs across industries. 
Setting up global teams, changing cultures, driving efficiencies and running conferences. 

Every ounce of experience and learning is now channelled into making a difference to the entrepreneur who takes the risk to start a business. 
So that they don’t get 10 years down the road and stop.
Instead, they continue to believe, 
Continue to grow, 
And continue to make an impact in the world. 

I created Upliftin6 because every founder needs a confidant that ‘gets it’. That is commercially aware, proficient, and able to deliver at speed what they need the most:
